Our Safeguarding Commitments:
Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults: Given our active engagement with youth through initiatives like the Pangea Math Contest, we strictly adhere to Ireland's Children First guidelines. All staff, tutors, and volunteers working with minors undergo mandatory Garda Vetting and safeguarding training.
Safe and Inclusive Spaces: We ensure that all dialogue forums, online spaces, and physical events are managed to prevent hate speech, radicalization, or psychological distress, maintaining an environment of psychological and physical safety.
Reporting and Accountability: We maintain clear, confidential channels for reporting any safeguarding concerns. Any grievances or incidents are handled swiftly, impartially, and in full cooperation with relevant Irish authorities and regulatory bodies.
